Common questions
How much do I need to put down?+
Usually at least 10% of the project cost, though it varies by lender and deal. In some deals a seller note can cover part of it.
Do I need industry experience?+
It helps a lot. Lenders want to see that you, or a manager you're keeping, can run the business. Transferable management experience can count.
Does applying here affect my credit?+
No. Our application doesn't pull your credit. A lender you choose to move forward with will pull credit as part of their own underwriting.
